What are the requirements to enroll CPL/IR Frozen ATPL Course?-Minimum Age of 17 years old -Sijil Pelejaran Malaysia (SPM) with 5 credits (Including Mathematics, Science and English) or O Level equivalent for propestive candidates outside Malaysia -Approval Letter from Civil Aviation Authority Of Malaysia -Valid Malaysian Class 1Aircrew Medical Certificate -Pass Adapt Assessment and Admission Interview

How can I get approval from Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM)?Please submit the request form and Certified Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia result to CAAM office in Putrajaya. You may walk in or courier your documents.

Is that compulsory to sit for Adapt Assessment?Yes, is compulsory. Adapt assessment is useful to identify applicants that have the potential to succeed in the role of a pilot. The tests can predict at this early stage the future performance of the applicants.

What is ADAPT Assessment?AATA is the FIRST flying academy which is using the ADAPT System. Many airlines use this system for pilot selection. ADAPT assessment test your potential to become a pilot by Aviation specific personality, FAST assessment , Physics, Mathematics and English. FAST Assessment is a multi tasking exercise which measures three components : FAST Physical, FAST Cognitive and Situational Awareness. It also test your numerical reasoning, perceptual speed, accuracy, working memory and verbal reasoning. Moreover, we also test candidates physics and math related questions. It will be multiple choice questions. Maths -20 Questions Physic -20 Questions English -60 Questions Time Allocation - 2 hours and 30 minutes Aviation Specific Personality -15 minutes FAST Assessment -15 minutes Mathematics -30 minutes Physics -30 minutes English -60 minutes

Why is Executive Programme from UTHM is important for me?You will not only become a pilot who qualifies to fly a commercial jet, having the Executive Programme will give you a new path to become an excellent top management team member in airlines too. After completion of the Executive Programme, you will be able to enrol directly with UTHM Executive Master in Aviation Management without having to do a degree when you have working experience. This programme allows the students to have multiple career paths, both professionally and academically.

Where is the ground school and flight training conduct?Both ground school and flight training is conduct in Senai Johor.

How many cadets per batch?Maximum 18 cadets per batch.

What type of training aircrafts are used in AATA ?AATA currently operates Diamond 40NG for Single Engine Phase and Diamond 42NG for Multi Engine Phase.

Where is the hostel located?Both male and female hostel located at Jalan Terminal, Senai, Johor

Is there WIFI available?Complimentary WIFI is available for our cadets.

Can I bring my own vehicle ?Yes, you can. You need to bare the cost of parking inside the car park area. You may apply for seasonal parking which is RM50 per month with one month deposit.

Can I enrol if i wear glasses?Applicants must seek advices from Designated Medical Examiner to ensure that they are eligible to enrol into piloting course.

What is the height requirement?Minimum is 158cm. However, the height requirement depends on airlines.

Do you offer scholarships?The scholarship will be given to those who passed the Entry Assessment & all Ground School papers in one attempt. The students need to obtained an average mark of 92% or above for all subjects in the Ground School papers. The top-ranked student will receive RM25,000 The second-ranked student will receive RM15,000 The third-ranked student will receive RM10,000
